THE SUPPORT CONTRACT
CAPA’s INNKEEPER Annual Support will provide you with peace of mind. By purchasing an Annual Support Contract you receive:
800 line service manned 24 hours
Pager dispatch after hours and on
weekends for emergencies
NANP update bulletin
24 hour FTP (ftp) and WEB (www)
access
Windows, DOS, LAN procedure
assistance on a non-priority basis
Priority hospitality support with Tech

Enhancements

Additionally, with a CAPA annual support contract in place you are also eligible for special rates on restoration services if you ever happen to need them, as well as special discount pricing for new versions, utilities, enhancements and rate tables.

SUPPORT CONTRACT SCOPE
CAPA’s support is limited to support of CAPA provided software only and does not include hardware. DOS/WINDOWS support, unless directly related to the Innkeeper or lnnManager operation, is not included.

Hard disk restoration, support re-installing the InnKeeper/InnManager, or to move the InnKeeper/InnManager software to another hard disk/computer, are not included in the 800 support services.

The assistance for restoration services will only be provided during normal working hours and CAPA reserves the right to charge for these services, if services are requested by an employee of the property.

REMOTE DIAGNOSTICS
We would also like to let you know that the Remote Access Diagnostic system supplied with your system enables CAPA to dial into your PC via modem to service the software, diagnose your hardware, or to demonstrate features and functions. This capability can be a real lifesaver in case of a serious problem.

If you purchased your InnKeeper prior to this software being included with our software, you can purchase it for $50. We also offer certified Co-Session compatible modems at very competitive prices.

Service for any reason by our support staff will only be offered on a prepaid basis only if your support contract is not current. Our hourly rate is $80.00 plus any phone courier/travel expenses. CAPA will require advance funds prior to providing any support if an InnManager/INNKEEPER user chooses not to maintain a support contract with us.
