Additionally, with a CAPA annual support contract in place you are also eligible for special rates on restoration services if you ever happen to need them, as well as special discount pricing for new versions, utilities, enhancements and rate tables.

SUPPORT CONTRACT SCOPE
CAPA’s support is limited to support of CAPA provided software only and does not include hardware. DOS/WINDOWS support, unless directly related to the Innkeeper or lnnManager operation, is not included. Hard disk restoration, support re-installing the InnKeeper/InnManager, or to move the InnKeeper/InnManager software to another hard disk/computer, are not included in the 800 support services. The assistance for restoration services will only be provided during normal working hours and CAPA reserves the right to charge for these services, if services are requested by an employee of the property. If you purchased your InnKeeper prior to this software being included with our software, you can purchase it for $50. We also offer certified Co-Session compatible modems at very competitive prices.
