eHospitality Solutions defines it’s mission beyond just distributing, servicing, and supporting proven hospitality and technology products for the Hospitality Industry. eHospitality Solutions recognizes that the small to medium sized properties in the Hospitality Industry want to offer more amenities to their guests and desire to compete with the larger properties by offering the guest amenities the larger properties are able to maintain. Additionally, eHospitality understands that the properties will require support and services beyond just that of a front desk system vendor, therefore eHospitality is postured to assist properties with all aspects of the front desk and associated guest amenities from the phone system and voice mail to Pay per View (PPV) movies, secure high speed in rooms, lobby kiosks, and even guest printing/faxing from the guest rooms.

Accordingly, eHospitality offers “total solutions” to the Hospitality Industry that include the full scope of the front desk implementation. Besides the products developed by CAPA for front desk and reservation management, including integrated call accounting, eHospitality will source, integrate and assist with the installation and configuration of the other front desk components including the PBX, Voice Mail, High-Speed in rooms, guest printing and faxing, and security systems. eHospitality will also assist with the exporting and transmission of data, exports and management information to remote offices.

eHospitality Solutions has various front desk solutions for you! The central part of this total solution includes the InnKeeper front desk software providing a complete front desk software suite with all components including all front desk operations and hotel reservation management, and integrated call accounting. If you want the InnKeeper system bundled with a proven Voice Mail system that is compatible with almost all PBX systems, then we can provide a DuVoice/InnKeeper server as your solution. Completely integrated to all front desk functions with multiple wakeup calls. Wakeup calls can be managed on the InnKeeper system, or the guests can set their own wakeups.

Besides the front desk software system, eHospitality also offers secure, managed, and private guest high speed for guest rooms over your Cat 5 or Cat 3 wiring, or using your existing phone lines if you don’t have Cat 3/5 wiring. Secure wireless is also an option. InnConnect from eHospitality features port management, including parental control, as well as daily billing if you desire. This solution can include managed lobby kiosks with log on and billing built in, as well as guest printing and faxing from the rooms.

Interfaces include integration the PBX, including PBX/PMS integration with the Toshiba DK and CTX systems, dining interfaces with most POS systems, Lodge net and First Run movie systems, as well as the KABA/ILCO and VING card lock systems. Interfaces to the Mitel voice mail systems are also available.

eHospitality will also manage, or assist you, with the installation of a PBX system is you are thinking about installing a state of the art phone system, with or without voice mail.
